Design
Astrid will manage the interior design, seamlessly harmonizing the technical and aesthetic elements of the project. She will curate moodboards and drawings while meticulously selecting materials and colours. Moreover, we take pride in sourcing the perfect decor, encompassing every aspect from furniture pieces to bedding, lighting fixtures to cutlery. Rest assured, every element needed for your holiday home will be thoughtfully chosen with utmost care.
Dreamhome Hunting
We recognize that finding your dream home can be a daunting task, especially if you’re not residing in Spain. However, we are here to alleviate that burden. We would be delighted to handle this aspect for you, personally visiting properties and offering you detailed feedback that encompasses both aesthetic and structural considerations.
Development
I work with my own team of constructors and craftsmen to ensure a flawless, well-built, and stunning end result. We keep a good eye on the works and daily visit the site during the renovations.
Rental Management
Renting out a stylish home gives you a great return on your investment. We will take care of the maintenance and all bookings. The only thing you will have to do is enjoy the house when you are there.
